The plaintiff (Schussel) seeks to enjoin the defendants' effort to remove him from his high school teaching position at the Yokota Air Force Base in Japan. The school is operated under the auspices of the United States Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS). He brings this suit on behalf of himself and the Overseas Education Association (OEA), a teachers union, and an affiliate of the National Education Association...
