MOSER, P.J.

SCM Corporation (SCM) appeals from a nonfinal order of the trial court, wherein the trial court denied SCM's motion for summary judgment. On August 30, 1982, we granted SCM's petition for leave to appeal a nonfinal order.1 Because we hold that SCM is entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law, we reverse the order of the trial court and remand the cause with directions.
