WEIGEL, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff brought this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). He seeks review of a final decision of defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services (the "Secretary"), denying his claim for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
