Defendant-appellant Dennis N. Strange was convicted of Murder, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1 (Burns Repl. 1979) at the conclusion of a jury trial in Hendricks Circuit Court on November 11, 1981. Strange was sentenced to a term of thirty (30) years imprisonment. He now appeals.
