BRYNER, Chief Judge.

William Maal pled guilty to burglary in the first degree, a class B felony. AS 11.46.300. Superior Court Judge James A. Hanson imposed a maximum sentence of ten years' incarceration, and Maal appealed the sentence, claiming it was too severe.
