COLE, Judge.

Defendants Gary Gremillion and Donald Gremillion were each charged by bill of information with two counts of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. They were tried together by jury and each was found guilty as charged on both counts. Then, pursuant to a bill of information, defendants were both charged as third habitual offenders under La.R.S. 15:529.1. After a hearing on the matter they were adjudged habitual offenders and sentenced to 60 years...
