This appeal arises from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Arthur L. Flood, against defendants-appellants, Hub Auto Parts, Inc., and Peninsula Fire Insurance Co., finding plaintiff totally and permanently disabled from a back injury, and awarding worker's compensation benefits in the amount of $120.00 per week commencing January 1, 1981.
