The matter now before the Court in this case is a motion submitted by Keystone Inspection Services, Inc. ("Keystone") for summary judgment against Conoco, Inc. ("Conoco"). Keystone is the employer of Felix Gaudet, a longshoreman allegedly injured while working aboard a barge owned by J. Ray McDermott & Co., Inc. ("McDermott").
