This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee, Haught, confirming an arbitration award pursuant to Section 682.12, Florida Statutes (1981), and awarding attorney's fees to Haught under Section 57.105, Florida Statutes (1981). We affirm in part and reverse in part.
