This comparative negligence case presents the question of whether the Trial Court (Cann, J.), in setting aside a jury's award of damages to the plaintiff on the ground that they were inadequate, erred in limiting the new trial to the issue of damages. For the reasons that follow, we hold that the trial court erred and remand for a new trial on both liability and damages.
