The plaintiff, Magic Chef, Inc. [hereinafter "Magic Chef"], brought this action in the Circuit Court of Bradley County, Tennessee, alleging that the defendants [hereinafter "Unions" or "defendants"] initiated a strike of plaintiff's manufacturing facility in Cleveland, Tennessee, and that attendant to this strike, the Unions have "engaged in a systematic pattern of violent activities...
