In this case, after the trial court denied appellants' motion to suppress evidence obtained by an allegedly defective search warrant and their motion to suppress evidence obtained by a warrantless search behind appellants' house, appellants were adjudicated guilty of manufacturing a controlled substance, marijuana, in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 82-2617 (Supp.1981).
