WEBER, District Judge.

Plaintiff's complaint alleges that his denial of tenure by the University of Pittsburgh was a violation of his civil and constitutional rights. In our order and opinion of April 5, 1983 we granted summary judgment to defendants on all claims except plaintiff's First Amendment claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
