OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

John H. Holloway, Appellant, sued Appellees for libel. The trial court granted Appellees' Motion for Summary Judgment on the basis that the one year statute of limitation for actions involving libel, TEX.REV. CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 5524 (Vernon 1958), had expired. We affirm.
