Appellant, Hazel M. Clark, filed her action in Carroll County, Missouri, against respondents to recover her costs of medical care and loss of services provided to her daughter, Beverly Ann Clark, which allegedly were for injuries received as a passenger in an automobile accident. Martin was the driver of the automobile which was alleged to have been negligently driven by him at a high rate of speed and which left the roadway, overturned...
