Dravo Utility Constructors, Inc. and Texas Brine Company were made third party defendants by American Well Service and Salvage, Inc., in two tort suits filed by Jerry Barnhill (82-554) and the Estate of Blaine Williams (82-555) against American Well Service and Salvage, Inc. ...
