In a memorandum and opinion dated April 1, 1982, this Court ruled on all of the issues raised in petitioner's petition except petitioner's claim that he was denied effective assistance of counsel at the sentencing phase of his trial. In that memorandum and opinion this Court noted that the findings of the state habeas court did not address the actions of petitioner's attorney in relation to petitioner's sentencing hearing.
