CORNISH, Judge:

Terry Lynn Hightower and two co-defendants were convicted in a joint trial of Unlawful Cultivation of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute. Appellant was sentenced to nine (9) years' imprisonment and a twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000) fine on the cultivation charge, and ten (10) years' imprisonment and a five thousand dollar ($5,000) fine on the possession...
