This is an appeal from an order partially denying a temporary injunction. Appellants sought, by temporary injunction, to restrain appellees from interfering with their son's possession of certain real property located in Nueces County, Texas and, additionally, from selling or in any way disposing of said real property during the pendency of the litigation.
