The state appealed a trial court order declaring section 893.135, Florida Statutes (Supp. 1980), the drug trafficking statute, unconstitutional.1 The Fifth District Court of Appeal certified the order to this Court as requiring immediate resolution because the issues involved are of great public importance and will have a great effect on the proper administration of justice throughout the state.
