This was a foreclosure action by Luxury Motels, Inc. (Luxury Motels) in which William J. Fry Consultants, Inc. was appointed receiver for the Ramada Inn Motel (Ramada Inn) in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Fry was receiver from July 5, 1979, to August 10, 1979, (approximately five weeks) when, pursuant to stipulation of the parties, he resigned and the court appointed Donald J.
