This is an appeal from a conviction for rape of a child. The court assessed punishment at twelve years confinement.

At the time of trial, the complainant was thirteen years old and the adopted daughter of appellant. Although the complainant's mother and appellant were divorced, the complainant visited appellant's house every other weekend.
