In the year 1978 the plaintiff, Ronald L. Anderson, consulted Dr. Don O'Donoghue for medical treatment for his knees. After more conservative treatment failed, the physician recommended surgical removal of cartilage from both knees. Plaintiff was admitted to St. Anthony Hospital. The following day surgery was performed. The surgical procedure on the right leg was successful with Dr. John R. McCarroll assisting...
