This is a dispute over liability, under the worker's compensation laws, for payment of post trial medical expenses. On December 8, 1978, the Plaintiff filed an action alleging that on January 22, 1978, she sustained an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of her employment with the Defendant, Care Inn of Jefferson City.
