The husband appeals from a judgment of the Family Court granting his wife a final decree of divorce on her counterclaim. He contends that the Family Court lacked personal jurisdiction over him. We disagree and affirm. The wife cross-appeals from portions of the same order dismissing the husband's divorce petition allegedly for want of prosecution.
