By petition for writ of certiorari we are asked to review a decision of the circuit court, sitting in its appellate capacity,1 which holds that the county court has jurisdiction to foreclose a lien against a transfer bond posted pursuant to Section 713.24(1)(b), Florida Statutes (1981).
