The substantive issue presented by this appeal is whether beneficiaries of a codicil to the decedent's will who served as subscribing witnesses to the codicil are entitled to receive the bequests made to them by the codicil. There is a secondary jurisdictional issue premised upon an untimely filing of a proper notice of appeal as required by Rule 2.01, W.R.A.P.
