Appellees brought an action to enforce residential protective covenants. The trial court determined that the protective convenants were valid, that appellants were subject to them, that appellants had knowledge of the covenants and notice of their violation prior to completing construction, that appellants had violated the covenants as contended by appellees, and that appellees had standing to bring suit to enforce the protective covenants.
