This is an appeal from a rejection of appellant's secured claim against the estate of decedent, Rodgers McCrary Harper.

Appellant presented a claim to the administrator of the estate of Rodgers McCrary Harper, alleging that appellant had loaned Harper, individually and d/b/a East Yellow Knife Trading Company, $100,000.00 on November 19, 1980.
