Defendant was arrested and charged with the crime of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling in violation of La.R.S. 14:62.2. Thereafter, a motion to suppress certain evidence seized at the time of the defendant's arrest was granted by the trial court, and the State applied for supervisory writs.
