Plaintiff brought suit against both the contractor who she hired to fix the leaking roof on her veranda, and the sub-contractor who the contractor hired to assist him in making the necessary repairs. Plaintiff alleged that, although she had paid the contractor for his work, he and the sub-contractor had failed to fix the leak.
