This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals reversing an order dismissing a petition for a change of custody and remanding the matter to the circuit court for further proceedings. The order was entered by the Taylor county circuit court, Judge Gary L. Carlson. We reverse the decision of the court of appeals.
