HAYASHI, Justice.

This case presents the question whether the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board (Appeals Board) properly joined a claimant-employee's previous employer in order to consolidate his multiple claims for separate injuries against successive employers. We decide it did and affirm the Appeals Board.
