Ted F. Dunham, Sr. died on April 17, 1974. He left a will naming his wife by his second marriage, Katharine O. Dunham, as testamentary executrix. By judgment of the Louisiana Supreme Court dated September 8, 1981 (rehearings denied October 9, 1981) and reported at 408 So.2d 888 (La. 1981), Mrs. Katharine O.
