This is an appeal from the Trial Court's judgment interpreting an alleged compromise agreement. Mrs. Suzanne Kahn and her insurer, United Services Automobile Association, entered into what each thought was an agreement to settle Ms. Kahn's lawsuit against United for an underinsured motorist claim.
