OPINION

FENDER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Steven Lawrence Simmonds, was convicted by a jury of attempted aggravated sexual abuse. The court assessed punishment at ten years imprisonment.

We affirm.

Simmonds presents five grounds of error attacking the conviction. Grounds one, two, and three contend that the trial court erred in refusing to charge the jury on the lesser included offenses of reckless conduct, terroristic threat, and false imprisonment...
