This is an appeal from an order overruling Appellant's plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County.

On May 6, 1977, Appellee (lessor) executed an oil and gas lease with Enserch Exploration, Inc. (lessee) covering 68.6 acres of land in Freestone County.
