Presently before the Court are the plaintiff's, F. Irvin Dymond, motion to amend his complaint to state a cause of action under Delaware law and the defendant's, National Broadcasting Company (hereinafter "NBC"), motion to dismiss the complaint based on the Louisiana statute of limitations.
