This case involves the interpretation of La.R.S. 23:1225 [Acts 1978, No. 750, § 1], which permits an employer to reduce Worker's Compensation payments by the amount of social security benefits the employee receives when the employee is determined to have suffered total and permanent disability. This court held that defendant was entitled to the reduction and remanded it to determine the date defendant made a demand for the reduction provided...
