KENNEDY, Justice.

On February 19, 1983, Mrs. Natalie Harold's body was found in her home in Corpus Christi by the police. She had been murdered. Following an investigation, the police charged appellant with the offense. He was indicted for capital murder following waiver of jurisdiction by the Juvenile Court of Nueces County. At trial on the merits he was found guilty by a jury and his punishment was assessed...
