OPINION

GILMORE, District Judge.

This is a Title VII class action that was settled by the entry of a Consent Judgment in the fall of 1982. Paragraph 14 of the Judgment provides for attorneys' fees, which plaintiffs have a right to recover as the "prevailing party" under 42 U.S.C. § 1988. Defendant does not contest plaintiffs' right to attorney fees, but does contest the amount.
