This is an appeal from the superior court decision denying the appellants' motion to enter satisfaction of judgment.

James Rules was the operator of a truck which collided with an automobile driven by Linda Sturn. Linda and Lawrence Sturn subsequently filed a claim for personal injuries against Rules and his employer, William Rutherford, the appellants.
