OPINION

UTTER, Justice.

In a jury trial, appellant was convicted of possession of methamphetamine. Punishment was assessed by the court at six years probation and a $1,000.00 fine. We previously sustained appellant's first ground of error, in which he contended that the trial court erred by allowing him no more than approximately fifty minutes to conduct individual questioning of some thirty-two panel members.
