WOOD, Judge.

Plaintiff's workmen's compensation claim was settled on the morning of trial. The settlement for $17,000.00 covered benefits to plaintiff under the Workmen's Compensation Act, including past and future medical benefits. The question of attorney fees was not settled and was decided by the trial court. The fee award was for $5,100.00 plus $204.00 tax.
