OPINION

DOYLE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. The jury assessed punishment at fifteen years confinement.

On August 23, 1982, two undercover police officers from the Brazoria County Organized Crime Unit gave appellant $120 in exchange for a package of a white crystalline substance, later identified as methamphetamine. The appellant was arrested on a sealed indictment...
