This is a petition filed by plaintiffs under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1976) complaining of deprivation of civil rights. What is involved herein is a denial of a preliminary injunction sought to prevent the closing of the Forensic Psychiatry Unit (Grauman Unit) and the transferring of plaintiffs and their class of patients to the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center at the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex.
