Petitioner has filed a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside or correct the sentence he received from this court in May 1969. Petitioner has also filed a request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Petitioner pleaded guilty to an indictment charging him with bank robbery, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a), (b), (d); § 2. He was sentenced by this court to ten years' imprisonment...
