These consolidated appeals are from a judgment entered, after jury trial, in favor of plaintiffs, Nick Reichert and Vicki Elrod, and against defendant, Western and Southern Life Insurance Company.

Plaintiffs are the son and daughter of Homer J. Reichert, deceased. On April 17, 1969, Homer procured three insurance policies from defendant. The first policy provided a $2,000 basic benefit in the event of Homer's death, with a double indemnity...
