PER CURIAM:

The district court found that United Merchants and Manufacturers' subsidiary, United Factors, Inc., defrauded Southeastern Financial Corporation. It, therefore, awarded Southeastern damages and rescission of the contract between the two companies. On appeal, United Merchants claims the district court made twenty-three clearly erroneous findings of fact and committed several legal errors. We are unable to find any one of these multitudinous volleys on target...
