The question presented on this appeal is whether either Sammy Moody or Edward Arabie, drivers of the colliding vehicles, were negligent in causing the accident which resulted in personal injuries to Moody.

Moody was operating his employer's pickup truck when it was struck from the rear by a truck driven by Arabie and owned by his employer, N.T.C. Chemical Company (N.T.C.). The accident occurred on the Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette, Louisiana...
